    This is amazing! I never heard of this product, but I would love to try it out. I have the world’s worst running form and cause myself injuries every time I try to get back into running. I need this in my life! How much do they go for? Do they have these in any gyms?

      Hi Dani, thanks for your questions. The ZR8 is the flagship model and the cost is fairly high (in the $4,000 range). However, there is another model the ZR7 which goes for around $3,000. You’re in luck because they are located in numerous (too many to mention) gyms and health clubs. Try a google search and I would definitely call ahead to make sure it’s available in your area.     Not sure how long this machine has been out, but I have to say that I was unfamiliar with it until I read your review. This machine is very different from the conventional machines. You describe all its features very well.

    How many days per week do you recommend using the ZR8 if you are a serious runner planning to enter competitions?

      Hello, Paul, I hope you are doing well. The Fitness Runner was years in the making. They have released commercially and for home use a little over 1 year ago. It has received numerous awards since being released. I first saw one a few months ago at my local YMCA. The model I used was the commercial model the ZR8000. I need to use low-impact machines due to numerous injuries. I have to tell you that I think this is the closest thing to actual running with no pain (and it can be used for walking). I absolutely loved it. I’ve actually used it about 8 times since finding it. I really can’t recommend how much to use it if you were a serious runner in training. I think it would depend on a lot of circumstances. However, I can tell you that many well-named coaches and athletes are using this machine in their training. I hope this answers all of your questions.
