As a kid, I somewhat used the Bowflex at my grandparent’s house (weird, I know) and I found that I was always getting scolded because it was way too loud. I really love the idea that they have, and I think the design is extremely ergonomic.
These machines are very pricey, and I am sure that they can be somewhat difficult to assemble but with a lifetime warranty for the rods and 7 years for the machine, that is more than enough time to get your money’s worth. Of course, only if you use it!

Wow! What an awesome site! I love your recipes and am definitely going to try them starting with the Fresh Strawberry and Cucumber Juice. Now quick question, I have not yet tried flax seed and have heard mixed reviews on the flavor. Can you taste it a lot or does it really taste good? Am curious as I want to try it out 🙂

    Thanks!

Hi Angela, thanks for your question. You’ll need to find a quality flax seed (preferably already grounded up). I find that it has a mild nutty taste. I use it in smoothies as well and don’t taste it at all then. I hope this helps out and thanks again.
