BodyCraft Xpress Pro Strength Training

BodyCraft XPress Pro Strength Training System. The home gym that changed an industry. A whole new category of home gyms was created by this innovative system as it was the very first ever to incorporate Adjustable Cable Arms.

This revolutionary feature opened vast numbers of new exercises available to home gyms. Included are Dumbbell Training, Functional Training, Core Training, Sports Specific and Rehabilitation exercises. The XPress Pro is the standard; copied, but not duplicated!

BodyCraft is well known for its large home gyms. The company also manufactures smaller gyms like the BodyCraft Xpress Pro. It’s has a single 200-pound weight stack and makes an ideal workout companion for one person.

The design is what you would expect from BodyCraft, and that, complemented with its lifetime warranty, makes this device worth taking a look.

The BodyCraft Xpress Pro uses high, mid and low-level pulleys to deliver a full body workout. The optional attachments like a leg press, while helpful in adding exercise positions, does cost extra.

The home gym is among the more expensive options, but between the warranty and the extensive capabilities of the machine, it’s a sound investment in the long term.

The downside to the BodyCraft Xpress Pro, apart from the lengthy assembly process, is the 83-inch height of the unit. It will prove quite problematic to fit this machine into a room with a low ceiling.

In Conclusion:

The BodyCraft Xpress Pro is a pricey home fitness gym but proves much more functional than many other options regarding core lifts and free weight training. It’s much more compact than other models and still maintains its versatility in providing a full body workout. Recommended buy.

This sounds like excellent workout machinery. I like that it has adjustable weight and speed so you can keep challenging yourself after you’ve gotten used to a certain setting. It’s also great that it works the whole body with the leg press and the pulley station.

Wow 2600 for these. Well it definitely is fair and manageable. However, I may sit out on this for now. One thing though is this is for advance users. I do not see casual people buying this. Unless they are hardcore about fitness.

Thanks for the review. I’m a personal trainer, but don’t have a home gym. This looks like it is a very good one. What I like about it is the completeness of it. It seems to accommodate almost every body part and exercise. Looks great for that.
It sounds expensive, but if you were to equip a home gym with all the equipment needed to perform all the essential exercises, it would cost you a lot,….probably more than $2,600 If you actually use the gym regularly, it doesn’t sound like too much for a complete workout piece of equipment.

Yes. I believe that this is a complete home gym. You are right about the cost but if you figure gym memberships and the added convenience of being able to workout at home this is a sound investment in your health. Thanks for your comments and I hope you come again.

I like that this gym has several different options for different body parts. It truly is an all in one home gym.

I like the option for interchangeable parts, some of these I don’t have in the gym at my apartment complex! I would love to have those options to change up my workouts.

If I had the money and space, I may consider purchasing something like this for sure. Some nights, I just don’t feel like going to the gym and if I had one in my house it would be so much easier to get a workout in!

Hi Helen, thanks for your comments. Yes, it sure is convenient to have at home. I’m with you. Some nights you just don’t want to go back out to the gym. It’s pricey but if you use it on a regular basis it makes a good investment. Check our product reviews, you might find something smaller that appeals to you and would fit in your home. I hope this was helpful and thanks again.
